Getting Started

Get up and running with Enrichabl in minutes. This guide walks you through importing your first CSV, validating emails, and enriching leads with AI.

1. Create Your Account

Start by creating a free Enrichabl account. You get 100 leads free with full access to all features. No credit card required.

  1. Visit the sign-up page
  2. Sign up with your email or Google account
  3. Verify your email address

2. Create Your First Pipeline

Pipelines are containers for your lead lists. Each pipeline can have its own enrichment workflow, validation rules, and AI columns.

  1. Click Create Pipeline from the dashboard
  2. Give your pipeline a descriptive name (e.g., "Q1 2024 Outbound")
  3. Click Create
Pro Tip: Create separate pipelines for different campaigns or lead sources to keep your data organized.

3. Import Your CSV

Upload your lead list as a CSV file. Enrichabl automatically detects columns and maps them to standard fields.

Supported CSV Format

Import Steps

  1. Click Import CSV from the pipeline page
  2. Drag and drop your CSV file or click to browse
  3. Review the column mapping (adjust if needed)
  4. Choose deduplication settings (by email recommended)
  5. Click Import
Enrichabl supports files up to 100MB and can handle 50,000+ leads per import.

4. Validate Emails

Before reaching out, validate email addresses to protect your sender reputation and improve deliverability.

How It Works

  • Syntax Check: Validates email format
  • DNS Lookup: Checks if the domain exists
  • SMTP Verification: Confirms the mailbox accepts email

Run Validation

  1. Select leads in your pipeline (or select all)
  2. Click Validate Emails from the toolbar
  3. Choose your validation provider (Hunter.io, BounceBan, or Mailveri)
  4. Click Start Validation
  5. Watch real-time progress as emails are validated

5. Add AI Enrichment

Use AI to extract company data, generate personalized icebreakers, classify leads, and more.

Create an AI Column

  1. Click Add Column in your pipeline
  2. Select AI Enrichment
  3. Choose a template or write a custom prompt
  4. Select your AI model (GPT-4 recommended)
  5. Click Create Column

Pro Tip: Chain AI columns together by referencing previous AI outputs in your prompts.

6. Export Enriched Data

Once your leads are validated and enriched, export them for use in your CRM or outreach tools.

  1. Select the leads you want to export (or select all)
  2. Click Export from the toolbar
  3. Choose which columns to include
  4. Download your enriched CSV
