Pricing & Plans
- What counts as a lead?
- A lead is any contact you import into the platform. Your plan limit is based on the total number of active leads in your account at any time. Archived or deleted leads don't count toward your limit.
- What happens if I exceed my lead limit?
- You'll be notified when approaching your limit. To add more leads, you can upgrade to the Scale plan or archive existing leads you no longer need.
- How does annual billing work?
- When you choose annual billing, you save 20% compared to paying monthly. You're billed once per year at the discounted rate.
- Can I switch between plans?
- Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the higher lead limit. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes! Every account starts with a free plan that includes 100 leads with full access to all features - AI enrichment, email validation, web scraping, and CSV export. No credit card required. Upgrade anytime for higher lead limits.
- Are there limits on enrichment?
- No platform limits. You connect your own API keys (OpenAI, etc.) and pay providers directly at their standard rates - no per-lead fees and no markups from us. This means you can enrich as many leads as you need without worrying about credits or quotas.
Data & Security
- How is my data secured?
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Your lead data is never shared with third parties and you can export or delete it at any time. API keys are encrypted with enterprise-grade encryption.
- Can I delete my data?
- Yes, you can export your data anytime and delete your account, which permanently removes all your data from our servers.
- What happens to my API keys?
- API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and are never shared or exposed. They are only used to make API calls on your behalf to the services you configure (OpenAI, BounceBan, Firecrawl).
- Where is my data stored?
- Your data is stored in secure Supabase/PostgreSQL databases with automated backups and enterprise-grade security.
Features & Functionality
- What integrations are supported?
- Currently supported: OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-3.5), Google Gemini, BounceBan (email validation), and Firecrawl (web scraping). Coming soon: Hunter.io and Mailveri.
- How does email validation work?
- Email validation performs syntax checking, DNS lookup, and SMTP verification to determine if an email address is valid and deliverable. We currently support BounceBan with 98%+ accuracy.
- Can I use my own AI models?
- Yes, through the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model. You can use OpenAI GPT models or Google Gemini by providing your own API keys. You pay the providers directly at their standard rates.
- What is the BYOK model?
- BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) means you connect your own API keys for services like OpenAI, BounceBan, and Firecrawl. You pay those providers directly at their standard rates, with no markup or per-lead fees from Enrichabl. This gives you unlimited enrichment at cost.
- How do I export my data?
- Select the leads you want to export, click Export, choose which columns to include, and download your enriched CSV file. You can export anytime.
- Can I import leads from a CRM?
- Currently, you can import leads via CSV. Export your leads from your CRM as CSV and upload to Enrichabl. Direct CRM integrations are planned for future releases.
Technical
- How do you handle rate limits?
- Enrichabl automatically respects API provider rate limits by queuing requests, implementing exponential backoff for retries, and processing batches within limits. You'll see real-time progress and any rate limit warnings.
- What file formats do you support?
- CSV files (UTF-8 encoding recommended) up to 100MB and 100,000 leads per import. The first row should contain column headers.
- How long does enrichment take?
- Speed depends on the operation: Email validation is typically 1-2 seconds per lead. AI enrichment varies by model (GPT-4 is slower but higher quality, GPT-3.5 is faster). Web scraping depends on website complexity. Batch processing runs operations in parallel for faster completion.
- What happens if enrichment fails?
- Failed enrichments are logged in Job History with error messages. Common causes include missing data (e.g., no website URL), API rate limits, or provider errors. You can retry failed leads after fixing the issue.
Billing
- How does billing work?
- Enrichabl uses Stripe for secure billing. You pay a flat monthly or annual fee based on your lead limit (Growth or Scale plan). There are no per-lead fees, no credit systems, and no hidden costs. You pay AI/validation providers directly for their services.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a free plan with 100 leads so you can test all features before paying. After that, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support at [email protected].
